Kia wonderboom not taking responsibility for their mistakes!!

Took my car in for clutch replacement in 2020, all seemeed to be well until recently when i started experiencing problems with my gears, took the car in to a different Kia dealer for assessment and it was found that there was no oil in the gearbox and the *****s were loose,I was then advised that they will take matter up with the dealership and their response was that they cannot help as it has been 2 years since they fixed the car.My car needs a new gearbox now because people failed to ensure all was well after replacing clutch.Careful with this dealership !!
