Terrible service. Please do better

I booked a car service two weeks ago, and it was confirmed. Upon arrival, I was told my service provider hadn’t paid, so I had to leave. After payment was made, the service was confirmed again. On the scheduled day, I received a cancellation notice at 3:45 PM, too late to book elsewhere as services were closing. This is disappointing, unprofessional, and they’ve already taken payment from my service provider.
