Kia Wonderboom Poor Customer Service

I bought Kia Rio LX manual model on the11th of November 2023 at Wonderboom car dealership. The car was not available at the dealership and they had to buy it from another dealer at Montanna Pretoria. The sales process went smooth and I was happy with my choice. However 3 months down the line the car is indicating that it is due for service, later called the salesperson who sold the car to me to explain what is happening, I could not get though to him, I sent him a message on the 14 March 2024 to the salesperson and received a response on the 15 March stating that he spoke to the manager and the manager said I should bring the car in, it might be a technical problem and they will just reset the settings it will only take few min.

I took the car to the dealer on the 23 March 2024 to get more clarity on the matter. When I got to the maintenance department the lady who assisted me stated that two things do not make sense on the system. She said Liquid Capital captured on their system that the service warranty and roadside assistance for the car was registered on the 31 March 2023, and the car was sold to me on the 27 of November 2023 as a brand new car. However on their data base or system the car was registered for service and roadside assistance on the day they sold the car to me, I further asked for a more clearer explanation as I am not clued up about cars as I am also a first time car buyer the lady assisting called the manager and she also couldn't explain to me what was going on and further stated that they will further investigate and call me on the following Monday 25 March 2024. I am still waiting on their call today is the 06 of April 2024 and the car is currently indicating that I have 5 days left due for service. My concern in all this, is that why are they not calling me back to give me a way forward on this matter and what are the chances that they sold me a used car at a price of a brand new car. I am very disappointed at the service they have provided me thus far as no assurity or communication from them. I would love to get this matter resolved urgently as I might be paying alot of money for a used car (Possible False advertising on their behalf)
