Kia Wonderboom bad service.

I took my car in for service on the 19th of June 2023. Prior to that they had given me an estimate of how much it would cost since my car is not on a motor plan. They assessed the car & I was told that there are few things which needed to be replaced and I didn’t see a problem with that.

The lady then gave me the final amount and in the same sentence she increased the price. I then raised my concerns with her and she apologised and said she would give me a “discount “. The discount amounted to more than R400 which lead me to believe that I was ********** and had been taken advantage of.

I am not happy with that aspect. I then received a call the following day where the lady was doing a follow-up and wanted to check whether I was happy with the service I had received from them. I expressed my concerns and she apologised and said she would send me an sms with a link I could follow so I could sign up for some sort of program. Till this day I have not heard anything from them.

I will not be recommending the place.
