On 28/6 we phoned them for spares. We gave them the VIN number and parts description. They required an EFT for the full amount before the parts could be ordered. EFT was done 29/6. We ordered the parts from them as other people ordered the same parts from them with no problems. They called to say the parts were available and I went to collect it on Saturday 3/7. At KIA we checked the box and found that it was the wrong parts. We then requested them to order the correct parts. A week later they then said the required parts are not available seperately, only as assemblies. We then requested a refund. They mailed us a form to complete and required that we hand deliver the completed form and all other original papers to them before they will process the refund. It was promised to happen within 5-7 working days. Up to date (27/7),it has not happened. We have made journey twice, ±45km in total. Anyone considering to business with them, please think again.
