I got ****MED by this dealership!

Firstly, they sold me a new faulty part for R1800. I found another one at Seal Centre, FOR ONLY R280.

Secondly, I’m typing this message after waiting for over a month for a refund. I’m the one who’s been calling the dealership multiple times for a simple update!

The manager finally decided to call after I requested to be called.

What a waste of my time because he asked me to send him an email of the situation.

Dude, you should have all the information you need because I even brought my vehicle to your dealership, your mechanic confirmed the part you sold me is faulty. I drove back home to get the original packaging.

As a customer, I should have received my refund long ago!

NEVER buy parts from this dealership. Anything goes wrong, you will DEFINITELY STRUGGLE TO GET any professional assistance, your money will be gone!
