Absolutely ridiculous service!!!

Worst service ever!! They are quick to take a customer's money but the after sales is absolutely ridiculous!! My car window is scratched terribly and they are supposed to fix it. I bought the car 24 July and it is still not sorted. I don't get any feedback I have to whatsapp and if I don't then I don't know what is going on. This is absolutely unacceptable and I won't leave this!! I will definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!
