TOOK CAR FOR SERVICE AND THEY DAMAGED IT. 2 MONTHS LATER STILL NOT FIXED

If I could I'd put no stars.

My brother took his car in for a service on the 10th of January. Before he even left the building one of the technicians left the car on drive and it reversed and damaged the whole bumper.

My brother is a very patient guy and he has been extremely patient with these people. Jonathan tries to keep him updated but honestly speaking I feel that they are taking advantage. Today is the 7th of March, almost two months later, his car is still there with them. No repairs have been done to date and they have informed him that repairs will take another two weeks.

This is highly unacceptable. A whole two months to repaid and bring back a vehicle that had gone in for service?
