POOR SERVICE

My Sonet went in for its first service at KIA Tyger Valley today. When booking, as well as when booking in the car this morning, I asked for them to have a look at one panel that seemed to look strange, compared to the other side, which they agreed to. They did not phone to let me know the car was ready, only to upsell their car wax service or something. When collecting my car it was not even washed... The plastic and stuff were all lying around in my car. The booklet was left on the seat. And whomever cleaned the car seems to have emptied a full container of Dash or something - I literally had to open the window to breathe - I still had the new smell in my car prior to this service...which is now all gone! I questioned the car not being washed and the panel with Liezel (only found out about the Dash when I got into my car later), who said I must book another day to have a look at the panel (why did she not say so in the beginning?!) and she could not tell me why the car was not washed. Very poor first impression!
