Poor Service

very poor service...I took my car for service, they washed it and left scratches i took it back showed them they said they will fix it. they gave me a date i took it back but still they did not fix the scratches they told me to go they will come to me idid after that they told me they cant come to my community because is a high risk area like how???? so its clear that they do not want to fix my car
