Kia Tygervalley - Lowest rate of service

Bought a Kia Workhorse a year and a half ago , still completely under warranty - Rear Diff disconnected , took vehicle to Tygervalley Franchise , fixed , then a month later the clutch plate and bell housing breaks , told the clutch is not under warranty with every excuse in the book to try prove it ( R60 000 ) to replace , back and forth fighting with Jonathan and Charlie eventually fixed at OUR cost , Then the Hooter stopped working after coming back from them , told us to bring it back they will fix it quickly , dropped a working delivery vehicle off for a "quick fix " UNDER WARRANTY as per all recorded conversations - Then at 5pm they refuse to release our vehicle because a resistor costing R 260 is not covered by warranty and isnt paid immediately , every single time the vehicle goes there , it comes back worse ! absolutely shocked at the level of competence of the manager there as well as the services done , Our Kia fleet will be replaced this coming year and will not recommend them to anyone
