I was sold a car with an incorrect service plan
I purchased a used Nissan Micra October 2020 through car finance. I was 1st time car owner and made it clear to the salesperson (Jaco) that I wanted a car with a full service history and service plan. The information I got was that the car was serviced March 2020 at 30 000 km, and the next service will be at 45 000km and I should take the car to any Nissan workshop for the service. 6 months down the line, my car is due for service, I take it to Nissan to be serviced 1st finding was that the car was serviced by Trifty (car rental company, previous owner) not Nissan, so the service plan was took out. I called the dealershop trying to get hold of the sales manager Luan, to explain or maybe give me a go ahead to service the car. I called him several times, called his office and he gave Raymond (salesperson), to answer but they could not assist. I was told that the finance person (Francious) and the salesperson (Jaco) no longer work there, I was told to call Liquid Capital because according to them I have a service plan, I asked Nissan to call them to get approval to go ahead only to fid that that the plan that I have with liquid capital is for 75 000 and 90 000km . No once can answer how I was told that the car had a service plan and sold a service plan that starts at 75 000 and not 45 000. My car is due for service and still not serviced, I am not going up and down trying to change my plan with Liquid Capital and no feedback or assistance from this dealershop Kia Tygervalley Multifranchise. I feel like I was ****** as a first time buyer. I was very transparent with the salesman, but he was not transparent about a lot of things, he ****** me knowingly that I knew nothing about buying car, he used that to his advantage just to seal the deal. The dealershop said they wont take accountability for people who are no longer there, yet the car was bought there.
