Amazing service from Chevon at Kia Tygervalley

I am unsure of how her name is spelt, but I would like to advice of the amazing service I have received from Chevon (Female)

I had previously booked my vehicle in, I informed the lady what the issue was and it was never resolved but upon collecting the matter was not resolved

Chevon assisted me at collection and I informed her the issue was not resolved Although being fully booked, she ensured that my vehicle was able to b e brought in the next day to ensure that the repair was done correctly

Today it came in for a service and she assisted me once again. The service received from Chevon is the reason I use your dealership as I was willing to change and move to Kia Cape Town.

Chevon is a huge asset to your business and having her as client facing has certainly retained my business and I wish you see it too.
