No Sales communication /feedback with Kia Table View Dealership

On Wednesday, the 390th of January I approached the Dealership as I in the market to by a new car, a Kia Seltos 1.5 GT. The Salesperson was friendly and knowable and showed me a Seltos EX as the Seltos GT was not available at the dealership. Also my current car, a Mazda CX 5 Dynamic evaluated for a trade in. So far I have not received any quotation for a new car or the trade in value or any other correspondence –

Also I arranged through car.co.za a quotation for a advertised (https://www.cars.co.za/for-sale/used/2025-Kia-Seltos-1.5T-GT-Line-Auto-Western-Cape-Milnerton/***/ ) second hand 2025 Seltos GT The telephonic feedback I received was that they were unable to locate advertised car, in other words this was a false advertising. I like the Kia range of motor cars but this lack interaction seriously questions my fait in the Motus Dealerships.
