Appalling Service from KIA Table View

I took my Kia Seltos (2022 model purchased in May 2021) in for service last year April where both car keys had stopped working and had to use them manually. Mind you I have been a KIA customer for the past 15 years. I had the KIA Rio for 11 years before trading it in for the Seltos. Kia then told me that the issue with the keys were the batteries which they replaced and I paid for. I get home and the keys are not working, went back and they advised the key needed to be reprogrammed (not sure why this was not done in the first place). They fixed the keys and a couple of months later when I tried to use the spare it had stopped working again. Left it and used the one key. Went for service in 2025 and reported the key issue and they told me I have to buy batteries again, I refused because why must I be replacing batteries every year and I do not even use the spare key. Basically they refused to fix my key, they told me that they cannot guarantee battery life, makes me wonder if they were ever replaced in the first place. I have never had these kind of issues with my previous Kia. Now I am stuck with a key that does not work and the working one does not even work properly. They did not even wash my car properly after the service, there was still empty drinks bottles that were under the seats, the inside was dusty. Service lady was rude and basically did not care that I was unhappy with the service they had given me. The Manager did not even care to engage with me. They misplaced my spare key and spent 10min looking for it and they found it outside the car on the bonnet close to the wipers. REALLY!!!!!I am so disappointed in the way they have handled this issue, they don’t care if I am stuck with keys that don’t work. Makes me wonder if the technicians at that place know what they are doing.
