BAD SERVICE

Brought my car in for a part replacement. Was contacted on Monday when car was brought in and was told that part would be delivered on Tuesday. Its Wednesday today, no feedback and no car. Service consultant I spoke to was not helpful either, told me my car was towed in which was a lie.
