Kia Pietermaritzburg Workshop ****med me

My car had problem with oil leak and showing coolant sign on the dashboard. I booked it to be checked and fixed the cause. It been with Kia over two months.

First offer was that I have to replace engine with no valid reasons or proper report why they said so. In that time the car was not even diagnosed.

After a while they phoned me said the car is fine, I can take it. When I parked at home, I noticed that there were drops of oil on the ground. The car came back with an oil leak and there was also a mixture of oil and water on the way back. I noticed water and oil mixing the next day when I opened the oil cap. I wasn't sure what was going on with my car until I googled it.

I reported to the Head Office but I never been assisted.
