Rude customer service- Kia motors

I’ve had the worst experience at this Kia dealership. I tried to trade in my current vehicle for one of theirs. The sales agent was helpful at first. I was then introduced to the evaluation agent who assisted further. HE WAS HORRIFICALLY RUDE. He basically told me that my car was a mess and that the repair job done to my car was a mess. My car is actually in really good conduction and has a very low Km mileage. He was so rude and intimidating, that the sales agent wasn’t even helpful after that. I was told that I would get a call later on that day (Friday) with information regarding a way forward. I had only received the call today (Tuesday). The attitude of the evaluation agent completely put me off and I wouldn’t ever consider purchasing any of their vehicles. It’s really disappointing that their customer service is so pathetic. This man really infuriated me.
