Poor service at Kia Sandton Kramerville

Kia Sandton in Kramerville service is very poor. I went to service my car, arrived at 7.30 but I received my car late afternoon. I was early however my car was taken into the workshop in the afternoon. I am disappointed, and will not be doing service with them anymore. I wish there was an option to give a zero rating.
