Pathetic poor service

The service at this branch sucks, from Kgomotso the Receptionist she is blatantly rude. My partner booked for a service at this dealership on Monday the 23rd, today he tried doing a follow up and got through to Kgomotso in my presence. She got agitated as he was asking Kgomotso to confirm the booking she rudely and confidently told my partner that there's booking even though my partner gave her my information because the car is on my name, only to find out later when we called the lady who made the booking that the booking was secured yet Kgomotso said there was no booking and we had to call the lady who made the booking on her cellphone otherwise we wouldn't be taking the car to the dealership on Friday because Kgomotso rudely and confidently gave us an incorrect information. She's not a good reflection to Kia at all and doesn't have customer service at all. Her colleague as well got agitated that we're calling her on her cellphone but whatelse would we have done after being rendered poor service. The two ladies shouldn't treat customers this way, it is unacceptable because we bring money to the company
