Over charging on parts and poor service delivery

A week ago, I took my car to Kia Sandton for its 120 000km service and for Kia to take a look and advise, as my car started to jerk on take off and was a bit sluggish. To my astonishment when I was contacted by the service agent, in the course of the day to confirm that the part needed (ignition coils) for my vehicle would cost R18,000.00 for 2 ignition coils, but they advised that, preferable I should change all 4, which would cost me a total of R36,000.00. I nearly fell off my chair. However my policy would only cover R4,000.00, which means the shortfall which is R32,000.00 is for my pocket. I was very unsettled and then took my car to Kia The Glen, whom confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the ignition coils. Out of curiosity, I asked Kia The Glen for a quote and they prices was nothing close to Kia Sandton. My car was dropped off at 7:05am in the morning, taken into consideration that my car was the 2nd car there for the day and I was told to only fetch the car at 3pm. Yet, Kia The Glen, took less than 2 hours to check and report back to me, whilst I waited. The saddest part is that I have always been going to Kia Sandton for the past 3 years, but money and *********** clients seem more important than service delivery. Sadly they have now lost a customer.
