No service from KIA

I took my husband’s car for its first service at KIA Sandton & what a disappointment. I greeted the receptionist when I entered & she failed to acknowledge me. I went to the service department & greeted the service advisor & told her the vehicle was booked in for a service. She failed to greet me & bluntly told me to join the queue. Another service advisor was more interested in getting herself coffee than making any effort to assist me. No one seemed to know what they were doing as the staffed milled around the vehicles more interested in checking the tools in the boot than dealing with the customers. For a company rated so highly by JD Power for service it was a ******* experience.
