Took my car for a for Service on the 13th of May 2024. Was told that my clutch needs to be replaced, got a quote it was around 10k cash but after mentioning that I have warranty the quotation Went up. Spoke to M Sure they said I’m covered for clutch and I’m still under kia warranty of which it covers for clutch and Clutch components.. when I got to kia I was told that I don’t have such warranty mind you the car is not even 4 years old and I must check on kia websit for warranty when I checked there I’m still covered for the clutch but kia Sandton refused to fix my car clutch even my other warranty paid some of the money.. kia Rio Clutch master cost less than R2500 but there I was over charged they didn’t wanna help me and fix my clutch 🚮🚮🚮🚮 kia is failing some of us neh.. please be careful with kia they will over charge you if you using other warranties than bring the cash to them
