I will never take my car again there, ever again, Poor Customer Service.

I took my car to Kia Sandton Kramerville on the 12th of July 2023, first day I came, I was never offered a lift back to work, I request Ubber for my self but i was promised that they will arrange a transport for me, nothing was done i sat there on waiting area no one attended to be, I ended up requesting for my self. Secondly when I came to fetch my car the following day, the car was not washed inside I even took the pictures and sent her via email the service manager Dianna, she suggested that I should bring the car again for re-wash, I refused because I wasn't going to afford requesting the ubber for my self to there and waste my petrol, they had a car from 8am in the morning the following day after the service has been done. They had enough time to wash the car, because I came during my Lunch at around 12:30 but still the car was dirty. One lady contacted me to reassure that they will do something to give me a voucher till today, I haven't heard anything from Kia.
