"Brand New" Kia Sonet 1.0T but I've been sold a dud!

I bought a brand-new Kia Sonet 1.0T from Kia Sandton on 16th August that I have been unable to use. In less than a month, the car has already been back 3 times for repairs!!! This is completely unacceptable. My car has been sitting at Kia Sandton for almost 10 days now and no one has bothered to get back to me. There is zero communication. I spent hard-earned cash on this car, and it has been sitting at Kia more time than I have managed to use it in the past month. This is not reasonable for what is meant to be a brand-new vehicle. I have clearly been sold a defective vehicle. I have lost all confidence in Kia. I feel duped and **** to. Kia Sandton promised me the world before the sale, but now that they have my money, the after-sales service is non-existent.
