Bad service

I went there yesterday to look for a new car and parts for my old car when i get there i was referred to an Indian guy i dont remember his name he was busy with some papers he didn't even greet or look at me i was standing there looking like a fool he continued with papers then i went to parts section the guy was amazing before i finished i complained to his manager then continued with the quote for parts as i was leaving thats when he came and say he didnt hear me and asked if i wanted assistance after he passed at the floor and didnt greet before i complained, and the other sales person was busy with the phone he didnt even bother to give a sign that he'll assist when ge is done.
