A ********** experience at Kia.

What a ********** service with unprofessional and *********** bunch of people. From the sales, service department , and right through to the workshop manager. Very poor communication between a client and a dealer when a car is booked in for a service. They ignore all concerns and request that a client ask them to check during service. They are quick to hand you a service report sheet to sign yet claiming to have replaced parts that they didn’t even check. They continue to **** and underestimate people. From my previous services, I have been complaining about the sound I get when I reverse my car. Well, up until now they still didn’t check it but have a nerve to say there’s nothing wrong with the car. Why do I even have to convince the workshop manager to drive the car with me so he can listen to the weird sound I experience when driving my car? It’s easy for them to say well come back and we’ll have a look at your car not realising how much they inconvenience you as a client. Why the hell do they claim to have replaced my rear wiper whereas they didn’t, simply because they didn’t have the wiper in stock. Why not at least do one thing right and be honest to your client??? For crying out loud, I have bought 2 Kia cars within a period of 3years and this particular one is less than 2 years old. Both were brand new and already I’m experiencing disturbing sounds on it. How could I trust that the previous services were done including the current one if they have missed to diagnose and/or failed to replace the parts that were due to be changed? How could a so called reputable company instil a principle of poor work ethics within their employees?? Does Kia have its own target market ? Do they choose their clients based on the skin colour? Or do they perhaps have gender preferences? I feel like Kia continues to take advantage of their clients based on gender differences. Just because I’m a female, they thought I wouldn’t pick up their trials and **** techniques. They thought I would sign and leave. Sebastian (Workshop Manager) Dianna Scholtz (Service desk) David Masako(Kia Eastrand). I’m very disappointed and disgusted by your poor service.
