KIA road assist call center does not answer calls

KIA ROAD SIDE ASSIST USELESS

I am so disappointed by KIA road side assist. They claim to be 24/7 support and when you call the number no one picks up the phone. I urgently needed help on a Sunday afternoon and i called the number *** and was on hold for more than 10 mins until i dropped the line. Imagine if i was not in a safe place and needed urgent help, what would have happened Rather tell us that you work for certain hours than to claim to be 24/7 and yet you do not pick up the calls Useless service.
