KIA Polokwane service very bad.

Kia Polokwane service very bad I'm not happy as a customer. I took my car in for service April 2025 , now is November less than 5000km already the car says change oil, when trying to communicate with them they say I need to book the car in for them to diagnose what could be the problem on top of that at my cost. I'm really disappointed in them. I have never had such problems with Kia in Wonderboom.
