UNABLE TO CONTACT FOR URGENT PROBLEM

<p>I serviced my car a couple months ago.<br />during that service my key was broken by an employee.<br />i was promised that the key would be replaced and delivered to me.<br />this never happened.<br />today my only other key has come apart for no reason and im unable to repair it. <br />i am a medical doctor, my car is stuck at the hospital. i have no means on transport.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have tried to contact kia but their lines are unavailable on number ***</p> <p>attempts to email their headoffice have failed to go through.</p>
