Spare key

I bought a brand new vehicle on 24th of January 2018, I didn't get a spare key for the vehicle, it's been close to 2 years now and I still don't have it, every time I go there they promise to follow up and give me a call but they never do, I've run out of energy now and I'm tired of going there for empty promises please help me out
