Sick and tired

I have the most aweful experience with Kia Pinetown and are so unhappy with the service. I am sitting here now again, my car should have had only 2 services so far, but I'm here for the 9th time. After each service the car is even worst off. Its been back for a oil filter that popped, went to the wrong place where it was confirmed that my plugs have not been changed, and this is after it went back for the oil filter, so eventually they found its the plug lead cable, after I have complained that the car battles to start and when driving feels as if is having a short. Now I'm sitting here because they never took down the spanner that indicates it needs a service, I'm now sitting here for 3 hours! The car is still just standing in the workshop not been touched, although it's not my fault I now have to sit here not having any means to go home and come back to fetch my car, sins I stay very far away from kia pinetown, I have no spare key and the manager is useless sins he was suppose to overview the car after it was back last time but still I had to come back. The people here are having tea time rather then finishing a good job for their clients. I'm very very upset, my car has been here so many times making it inconvenient for me, have kids that needs to go to school, as they are now and I'm not even sure if I will be back in time.
