Poor Quality Electronics

We purchased a Kia Cerato Koup in 2012 which was a demo model. All of a sudden the radio seized on the vehicle about a month ago. When we took our vehicle to Kia in Pinetown, we were advised that there was a fungi growing on the radio???? Not sure exactly what this means but that was the explanation given. Further to this, we were told that it would cost R26,000 to replace the radio which is totally ridiculous. Before this, we needed to replace the globes on the front lights and we were told this would cost a whopping R4,000. I dont know who makes up these prices but I definately think there is a problem. The car is now due for an upgrade and one thing is for sure, I'm never buying another Kia vehicle for as long as I live. Poor Quality Vehicles, Poor Service from Dealer Network, and worse of all Ridiculous pricing of components.
