Played by the car dealer

<p cl***="MsoNormal">I would like to lay a complaint against pinetwon multifranchise kia.</p> <p cl***="MsoNormal">The car dealer advised me its compulsory for me to collect the vehicle from Durban while I stay in pta.</p> <p cl***="MsoNormal">They tried to keep secret that the bank financed for vehicle registration and plates number, I had to pay for those my sedlf, using my own leave from work and own petrol.</p> <p cl***="MsoNormal">When I confronted the dealership they said they will only refund me for plates and vehicle registration.</p> <p cl***="MsoNormal">Even with that they still giving me problems to send me the money .</p> <p cl***="MsoNormal">I have supporting e-mails with communication with the dealership , even reported with mfc but still no help</p> <p> </p> <p cl***="MsoNormal">Last Wednesdays I received an e-mail stating I will receive the refund in 2 day , but now its 4 working days later , Craig frm is not taking my calls for two consecutive days.</p>
