Pathetic

Extremely unhelpful, poor poor service, dismal delivery and lack or any urgency whatsoever from service department’s Linda.All this can be positively experienced when they issue an invoice, other than that they could not care less about their clients and this is from a client of 5 years. I can’t tell whether the management and staff have changed too much or it’s just complacency but it’s shocking. I’m so frustrated
