<p>Kia pinetown damaged my key during the last service.</p> <p>ive approached them, and their manager patrick promised to replace the key and contact me,</p> <p>6 weeks later im still waiting. despite numerous phone calls to the branch, they promise to call back and never do.</p> <p>i am a loyal customer and They have done nothing about replacing my key.</p> <p>SHOCKING customer service, disgusting attitude. stay away from this branch!!</p>
