Kia Pinetown Poor Service Delivery

I recently purchased a Kia 2500 bakkie with a cold box canopy. Delivery was scheduled for Friday 16th March, it was then postponed by the dealer for Tuesday 20th March because the body was not ready. I went to the dealership at 4pm on the 20th March to take delivery of the vehicle. I noticed the staff was pushing the vehicle and i asked why, the salesman said they were going to fill fuel. The vehicle was left idling for me to take delivery after being asked to sign the release document. I went to the vehicle and switched it off and decided to start it again. The vehicle refused to start and the staff of Kia did not disclose to me that there was a problem with the vehicle. The Jack and wheel spanner were also missing from the vehicle which was not disclosed. I refused to take delivery of this vehicle and was extremely disappointed with the dishonest staff the dealership. My salesman's name is Kamil Singh and the manage of the dealership was also involved on the day. I left the vehicle, and i fetched the vehicle on the Thursday after. I was told that everything was fixed and sorted. As i drove the vehicle on my way home i realized the speedometer was not working, so i called Kamil Singh and i was told to check the fuse. We did so, but the speedometer still does not work. I was also left stranded in Durban town while making a delivery as the vehicle refused to start. This has disrupted my work schedule and i am completely disappointed with Kia and i have never experienced such poor service from any dealership before. After multiple calls and escalations to the dealership i hope that this can be sorted out.
