KIA cars are under-quality ,10 month RIO exhaust pipe broke in 2 while driving

I bought my white KIA RIO in December 2017, brand new through MFC. I have been experiencing problems with KIA before as a result this car was my replacement car. My car exhaust pipe broke in two while driving with the kids in the car on Sunday (28 October 2018). This is not the first time I suffered a horrific experience under KIAs brand. I do not want the car anymore as I do not feel safe with their brand while I pay high installments for their under-quality cars.

I have spoken to Shane Kruger, Regional Director and he said they won’t be able to replace or completely end the contract with them. I feel like my concerns are not taken into consideration. The car is only 10 months old yet it got pipes that just broke for no reason. I don't want the car back!
