Exorbitant service costs

My car was serviced at Kia pinetown yesterday, a basic service for the change of oil and wipers. I was charged the ridiculous sum of R3500. including 2 hours of labour at R650/h. To change oil??? The remaining R2200 was not explained with Vik referring to it as standard costs. Extremely pathetic and rude service. This will be further escalated.
