Almost a year later and no spare key.

Purchased a Kia Picanto in July 2015. Was trouble from the word go. Delay in getting the car. Also was promised the spare key would not take long to arrive. Was made a fool to go to an outsourced company by Kia to pick up spare key only to find out they had not even made an appointment for me and neither did they know what i was talking about. The director has called me after hours in saving he wants his money but refuses to take my calls. This is absolutely pathetic service. Hope this is a warning to all.
