Worst service from Kia Nigel

I traded in my 2015 BMW 118i on a 2010 Kia Sportage November 2021, what a disaster, the Sportage is up and down to them to fix the gearbox issue I have picked up from day 1 I received it. The car is back there by them for over 2 months now again. Still waiting for my car and they have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They gave me a replacement Kia Picanto, but it is disgusting, dirty as a dustbin inside, car not clean at all. Front bumper is loose, windscreen cracked right through. I had to drive the car without a license disc for a while as well. Service is pathetic!! Worst decision of my life dealing with Kia. I have sent email upon email and there is no customer service at all.
