i bought the car in October and still have no peace provide contracts for all customers

i have called and complaints i have explained i have no contract received i have been debited R174.01 and R39.00 i have no idea what is this i bought this car with a warranty and still have not received the contract i have called Jabu who ha been helpful and has gone out of his way to assist me and his job is to sell me a car and close the deal which he did but when i spoke to the lady berdine she added things on the car and when i asked what were those she said sign i will explain after and she never did and still has not send me contracts and the car has a starter issue right now i need it fixed still waiting for the warranty contract with no avail i called i Jan and Feb. she said she will send it still has not sent it and i bought the car for business it is not working how am i going to afford to pay for the car if it is not working so you need to fix the car i am going to reverse all the debit orders we going to have to re-start the contract i need explanations
