Poor Experience - Kia Stikland

I recently bought a new Kia vehicle and needed to get something checked... at Kia Service Centre - Stikland. My car came back full of scratches all over it; as if it was washed with a scourer.

The Kia Service Manager is taking no accountability for this, and continuously advises that he is exploring options to fix it, promises to get back to me in time period, and never does so. I have to reach out with no success. When I do get hold of him, it is as if I am a nuisance.

This has been a very poor experience. I would certainly not take my car back there for a service/check... even if it means driving to another service centre which is far away from home.
