Multi Franchise Stikland loses car keys after service

Car goes in for a service, R6000, they lose my keys and after an hour still can’t find them, I am now stranded with an unsympathetic manager who keeps telling me to calm down - how would he feel if he paid R6000 for a service (times are tough..) then the company who U trust ur car with has lost ur car’s keys, leaves u stranded and still has the audacity to tell u to calm down - very rude manager!!!!!
