Kia Service Facebook ad **** and shocking service

Kia are running a promotion on Facebook for a services starting from R999. I clicked the link and it redirected me to make an online booking. We arrived this morning and were told it's R5500 for the service. When I queried about the special I was told the page should have directed us to a different booking page. They can't service my car now because the parts for the "special" service are different to what they wanted to initially charge me. How this is possible I have no idea unless they are using inferior parts to advertise a special. So I went back onto Facebook to that same post and wrote my comment on my experience. Surprise surprise not even an hour later they just removed my comment.

This coming from the same place I had to take my brand new Kia Seltos back to 7 times last year because they could not fix the suspension and handbrake.

I will never buy a Kia again as no one at Kia SA cares about aftersales.
