Terrible service

Had the worst experience. Walked in and the lady immediately profiled us. She refused to let us sit in the car to see if we were happy. After hearing I got approval from Renault and audi her tune changed. Disgusting service. She refused to give her name. Not sure if this is ****** or blantent lack of customer service. You literally lost a potential customer due to terrible service.
