Bad service

Bought a new car at Kia in Paarden Eiland and it still needed polishing on the bonnet so they picked it up from my house and returned it but the lady returned my car on 9km and just told me she forgot to throw petrol in. For more context my car was not so close to being empty when she picked it up as well as when I picked it up for the first time they only gave me 186km in the tank
