VERY poor service

Not even worth 1 *. Kia had to be towed on Wednesday 5 Oct. Have tried multiple times to contact them, automated voice answering and confirmation they have my details and will return the call - 11 times now in 3 different numbers. STILL no return call. They obviously don't need the business.
