Wrong Parts Fitted, False information communicated

took the car in , was told the car needs to be fitted a new Steering rack, they fitted rack ends only r and not the whole steering rack as i was told when i went to pick up the car.Took the car in again as they told me i need to return so they can check the car n might have to open the dash board, since they couldn't find were the sound came from the 1st time. last Monday charmaine took the car in, was informed prop shaft is damaged, and needs to be replaced.its now a week and 3 days, i have to make follow up, am being moved from pillar to post,av been told part will be delivered, with no luck.i called head office, i did not get any help as they transfer me to same Chamamine who does not call as am the one who conastantly make contact.i was told i cannot get a courtesy car unless i pay 1750 that is refundable yesterday at 16:30 ,after i called to confirm when is the car coming.Charmaine called me yesterday in the morning around 10am to let me know the part is not available therefore she has organised with the company to lend a courtesy car, @ 16:30 when i called her to ask wer is the car , she then told me it can only be processed in the morning R1750 i have to pop out.
