Wow bad service at Kia somerset West

on 11/08/2020 I took my car to Kia in somerset west for key coding(new car), after that when I drove home I realise that my car was going off when I apply the clutch, I took it back on 12/08/2020, they told me that this looks like a hardware problem and they didn't touch any hardware, but asked me to leave the car for further investigation. The next day I called (13/08/2020), they told me that my car have a timing issue and the quoted me 12k. Friday 14/08/2020 I called them again to confirm if they had placed the order for the parts in JHB. Today is the 24/08/2020, except delays, the main issue here is the communication, they never call me, even when I call them asking for the progress they promise to call me back and they never call me back. What a coincidence of taking my car to them, then same time something else is broken, because I can't prove their innocence.
